Returns, Exchanges and Resizing

This policy applies to purchases made from Cordellier AB, Vinbärsgatan 4, 523 33 Ulricehamn, Sweden. Organisation/VAT number: to be provided.

Before placing an order, please review the product details, diamond specifications, ring size, quantity, recipient details and shipping address carefully.

Right of withdrawal

For eligible online purchases, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day after the item was received or collected. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact Cordellier at info@cordellier.com within the withdrawal period and include your order number, contact details and the item you wish to return.

Custom and bespoke jewellery

The right of withdrawal does not apply to jewellery that has been custom-made according to the customer's individual specifications or clearly personalised, including engraved items, as provided by applicable consumer law. For bespoke and custom pieces, Cordellier offers complimentary resizing where technically possible. 

Return instructions

Customers must contact Cordellier before sending any jewellery back. Once a return request has been reviewed and approved, Cordellier will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. The return address is provided after the return request has been approved. Diamond certificates supplied with the jewellery form part of the product and should be returned together with the item.Returned items should be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the customer has informed Cordellier of the withdrawal.

Return shipping

For eligible and approved returns, return shipping will be covered by Cordellier. Returned jewellery should be sent using the return method instructed by Cordellier and should be trackable and insured where appropriate.

Inspection of returned jewellery

Because Cordellier jewellery contains diamonds and precious metals, every returned item must be inspected after receipt. The inspection is used to verify the diamond, gold and overall condition of the item and to confirm that the returned product matches the original order. Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged and returned with original packaging, certificates and accessories. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, damage or missing certificates may be refused or may receive a reduced refund where permitted by law.

Refunds

Once Cordellier has received the returned item, or once the customer has provided proof that the item has been sent back, Cordellier will process the refund in accordance with applicable consumer law. Refunds are made to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear may depend on the payment provider.

Faulty items and statutory rights

This policy does not limit the customer's statutory rights. If an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise defective, customers may have the right to complain under Swedish consumer law. In Sweden, consumers generally have the right to complain about faulty goods for up to three years. Please contact info@cordellier.com as soon as possible if you believe an item is faulty.

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order before delivery, please contact Cordellier as soon as possible at info@cordellier.com. If production of a personalised or custom-made item has already begun, cancellation may not be possible where the item is exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal.
